Shipping & Returns and Other Policies

Shipping Policy

Please allow 5-7 business days for shipping. All paintings are individually packaged by me with care to ensure that this little piece of me arrives to you in perfect condition. The cost of shipping materials is already included in the price of the painting. Actual shipping costs is a flat rate of $40.

Rights to Images

 

All paintings are original, and one-of-a-kind. However the artist reserves the right to use and sell reproductions of sold work to promote her work. All reproduction rights are retained by the artist herself. Any purchased artwork may not be reproduced by any process without proof of permission from Kaitlyn herself.

Return & Exchange Policy

  1. No refunds or exchanges on items unless the item is damaged in shipping. (must show proof of damage)*

  2. Unique circumstances may allow for different return or exchange policies and are up to the artist's discretion.

  3. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for all commissions. If the commission is cancelled this deposit can be used toward another painting of mine.

  4. All orders will be shipped in 5-7 business days via USPS priority mail or FedEx ground shipping, depending on the size of the product.
